We are hiring for the Business Development team in Bihar. We are looking for individuals with sales and business development expertise to join us as a Business Development Executive. The job location is in Tirhut, Mithila, Kosi, and Bhagalpur Divisions. BSC. (Agriculture and allied/Chemistry) candidates are preferred, and experienced candidates in the fertilizer and pesticide industry sector will be given priority. The salary ranges from 15-20k, depending on experience, plus a travel allowance and an excellent incentive plan. If you have a passion for sales and business development, this is an excellent opportunity to join a motivated and successful team in Bihar.
Organic Manure Life Cycle
The use of Phosphate Rich Organic Manure (PROM) supports sustainable agriculture practices, enhances soil fertility, reduces chemical inputs, and contributes to the production of healthier and more environmentally friendly organic food options. This cycle highlights the importance of responsible and eco-friendly agricultural practices in modern farming.
Desi cow
The process begins with the collection of cow dung from nearby villagers, Cow dung is rich in organic matter, making it an excellent source of nutrients for plants when properly processed.
Manure plant
Cow dung is transported to our manure processing unit where it undergoes various treatments, then we add the required nutrients such as phosphate and bio-culture to transform it into phosphate rich organic manure (PROM).
Quality check & Pack
Quality control measures are in place to monitor the manure’s nutrient content, moisture levels, and pH to meet specific agricultural needs. Once the organic manure is fully processed and quality-checked, it is packed for distribution and storage.
Organic farming
Organic farmers and gardeners use the packaged organic manure as a natural fertilizer. Organic manure improves soil structure, water retention, and overall soil health while reducing the need for synthetic chemical fertilizers.
